Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our early-stage manufacturing company. We provide nanotechnology-based cleaning and disinfecting products to a variety of industry verticals. This position will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
•Work with leadership and marketing consultants, as applicable, to develop annual and quarterly marketing goals and objectives.
•Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, advertising, and events that promote our technologies to prospective customers.
•Create and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media posts, email marketing, landing pages, and more.
•Develop marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
•Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, optimize campaigns, and provide insights on campaign performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
•Manage and maintain the company's Shopify online marketplace as well as other marketing automation systems.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
•Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales presentations, and marketing/sales tools that align with target industries.
•Develop and execute a press release strategy that supports marketing goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
•5-8years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
•Strong project management and communication skills.
•Experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and executing email campaigns.
•Knowledge of Shopify and other marketing automation systems.
•Strong analytical skills and creativity.
•Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task effectively.
