Open CSR for package design. Brainstorm concept and share with creative team.
Constantly communicate with vendors to ensure project gets going and production quality. Check initial production schedule, ETA/ETD.
Constantly communicate with other departments to inform any change, to issue PO, to approve new items and to promote the items with good strategy.
Search for new qualified vendors. If new vendor is found, submit new vendor request and perform new vendor audit.
Discuss and survey the product with consumers through vendor. Survey could be done on many criteria, such as colors and functions of products.
Improve sales and COGs of current selling item and optimize item assortment
Review sales analysis to check the sales of each items and trend.
Maintain ideal product assortment of each category.
Update the material status (MS change) according to sales.
Gathering user requirements and designing product or developing enhancements, including technical design services, when appropriate
Product packaging, sample and prototype development
Researching and developing strategies to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers
Monitoring product performance and directing product and/or marketing adjustments
Revamp products or products’ package artwork to enhance its function and sales.

The anticipated compensation range is 22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
