We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager specializing in the beauty and personal care sector to oversee our product listings and portfolio across various online marketplaces. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our presence on platforms like Amazon.com and walmart.com to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Management: Manage and optimize product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Category Portfolio Management: Oversee the beauty and personal care category portfolio, including assortment planning, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
• Sales Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales performance on Amazon.com, walmart.com, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundles, and seasonal offers.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze sales data and ecommerce metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with marketplace representatives, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and optimizing partnership opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product development, supply chain, and customer service to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3~5 years) in ecommerce management, specifically within the beauty and personal care industry.
• Strong understanding of Amazon.com and walmart.com marketplace dynamics and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets through effective ecommerce strategies.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, Seller Central, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with other ecommerce platforms and channels.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and practices relevant to ecommerce.
• Certifications or coursework in ecommerce management or digital marketing.

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
