ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
- Assist in completing monthly, bi-annual, and annual financial statements and management reporting.
- Support and learn from senior-level analysts to improve financial acumen and contribute to business goals.
- Assist in month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist in analyzing financial reviews, including current trends and variance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in a financial analytical role, including some experience with accounting or finance.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel
- Some critical thinking skills along with a willingness to learn financial management skills.
- Some knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work well in a team, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
- Korean-English bilingual is preferred for this position
