This position provides an excellent work/life balance with a 5-day work week, no evenings or Sundays. Saturday and holiday work required. Receive a competitive base salary with the potential for an end-of-year bonus.

- Be knowledgeable of and communicate company policies and procedures.
- Have first-rate product knowledge and provide constant training to team members on new and existing products.
- Have a working knowledge of software platforms, inventory management, e-mail, scheduling, and payroll.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
- Maximize store profitability by setting daily goals, analyzing monthly and annual plans, and driving sales to meet financial objectives.
