Responsibilities:
- Perform kitchen cabinet refacing, including measuring, cutting, and installing new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and veneers.
- Remove old cabinet doors and hardware, and prepare surfaces for refacing.
- Install new hardware, including handles, knobs, and hinges.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to project timelines and complete jobs within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Handle any on-site issues or challenges that arise and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in kitchen cabinet refacing or related carpentry work.
- Strong knowledge of cabinet installation, woodworking, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
