Kitchen Tune-Up of Rancho Cucamonga is looking for a seasoned sales individual for a commission-based Sales Consultant Role with a lot of perks and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage lead flow.
  • Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
  • Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
  • Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
  • Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
  • Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and follow instructions for the sales process.
  • Creates quarterly sales goals and quarterly lead and closing goals.
  • Stay organized and able to quote products correctly.
  • Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.
  • Being able to sell multiple services.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Generate leads through referrals or at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
