Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Dispatch shipments and schedule transportation for efficient delivery
- Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and warehousing
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other machinery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics processes, including dispatching, sourcing, and inventory management
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management
