Job Summary:
Role will revolve around receiving AP related bills/expenses from location managers and entering that data into the appropriate accounting software. (i.e. Bill.com & Tallie)
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoices/Bills - Review, submit, and approve invoices through com
- Tallie - Review and approve credit card expenses submitted through Tallie
- Statements - Compare statements received from vendors to their corresponding vendor accounts in com to ensure all bills have been received
- Tuesday-Thursday
- Tuesday and Wednesday required
- Hours are flexible
- 3rd day (Thursday) can be changed to a different day
- ~20 hours per week
- Remote (hybrid available if based in Chicago)
- Data entry and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to work successfully in a remote working environment
- Hourly rate- Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
- Cell phone reimbursement- $30/month
- 401K plan
