Kite Soda is an award-winning crafted cannabis soda with the mission to change the way people connect by providing an alternative to alcohol and making cannabis a more approachable and shareable experience through crafted beverages.

We are searching for an energetic and passionate Brand Ambassador to help drive our mission and create a positive, memorable experience for anyone that comes in contact with Kite Soda. The BA will engage with consumers, influential community members, groups, businesses, retail staff, retail managers, and more in the assigned territory.

Through the power of story-telling, and targeted and strategic sample distribution, the BA will amplify brand awareness, trial, and support sell-through for Kite Soda retail partners.

This position is hourly, and BAs will work assigned “gigs” throughout the week. . Pay Rate: $25 per hour with a 5% commission mileage reimbursement for travel to events and retail locations.

What you’ll do:

• Drive brand awareness, positive impressions, and sell through of the Kite Soda product through various activations including but not limited to: in-store demos, dispensary events, community events, lifestyle pop ups, curated brand events, micro-influencer drops, and festivals.
• Assist with retail audits and merchandising throughout your territory
• Ensure brand talking points are communicated effectively with consumers and staff
• Accurately and timely complete and submit end of shift reports online; expense reports (if applicable), photo submissions, etc.
• Attends initial training as well as possible ongoing monthly product training, team meetings, client training, etc.
• Properly manage organization and cleanliness of storage space, product, and marketing assets
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director

Who you are:

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
• Must live in local regions territory
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation to travel within assigned territory for product seedings, demos, events, and other duties as assigned
• Some college education is preferred with minimum 2 years equivalent applicable work experience
• Experience and/or interest in field marketing, demonstrations, sales, and cannabis or Consumer Packaged Goods industry is highly desirable
• Weekday, evening, holiday, and weekend availability required (especially Friday and Saturday availability)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to fill out end of shift recap forms in a timely manner with proper details
• Ability to interact with management, clients, and consumers in any setting
• Candidates must have excellent communication and people skills, and be natural problem solvers
• Be professional and must have clean hygiene in appearance
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Able to stand and talk for an entire shift
• Friendly and outgoing personality, enthusiastic, and energetic
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 40 pounds
