Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cannabis Server to join our team. As a Cannabis Server, you will play a key role in creating a premium and enjoyable experience for our patrons. Your past serving and cannabis sales experience will be crucial in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and knowledgeable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Educate guests on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects.
• Take and process orders for cannabis products and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product menu and stay updated on industry trends.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the lounge area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible cannabis consumption policies.
• Assist with inventory management and product restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a server in a high-paced environment.
• Previous experience in cannabis sales or a strong understanding of cannabis products and their effects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required local or state certifications for cannabis handling.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
