Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, creating expense reports, managing communication, and providing administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Ability to create and manage Expense Reports
- Excellent Executive Support skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
