Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in CA or OR, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will involve regular communication with clients, travel for meetings and industry events, and working closely with the internal team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in HIP or casting, is a plus
