This is a full-time on-site role as a Preschool Teacher at KLA Schools of Bellevue. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, developing a curriculum that fosters child development, promoting effective communication with students, parents, and fellow staff members, and preparing students for Kindergarten readiness. Qualifications

• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development
• Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach is desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
