Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our healthcare team.
*RN Case Manager *
*Location: *Boston, MA, 02114
*Order:* MGB-13554
*Schedule:* 8 hour days 7:30-5pm Monday - Friday; hire can move to 4x10s after the first week of orientation Travel experience required Department will interview all qualified candidates.
*Duties:*
- Coordinate patient care plans and provide nursing care to patients
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
*Skills:*
- Previous experience in ICU, Primary care, OR, Hospital medicine, PICU
- Proficient in patient assessment and acute care
- Knowledge of infectious disease care and inhalation therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
*Requirements: *
* 1 Year of Experience
* 2 Preferred Valid MA RN
* License: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS Eligible to work in the United States
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 per hour
