Klatch Coffee is currently seeking energetic, enthusiastic and coffee loving team members for our NEW Pasadena location.

In all positions you will provide excellent customer service, adhere to Klatch Coffee's standards of quality, and have the opportunity to grow your coffee experience and knowledge.

Cashier -

One year of customer service experience is required.

Part time and full time positions available.

Opportunity to grow with the company and become a barista

Pay: 15.00

Experienced Barista -

A minimum of one year barista experience is required.

This position requires the ability to work flexible hours.

Must be available to work 30 hours minimum, including weekends.

Pay : 15.00 - 16.00 based on experience

Lead Barista -

Barista experience and coffee knowledge. Minimum 1 year.

Previous supervisory experience and/or related experience and training.

Continuous demonstrated ability to lead and provide excellent customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Effective time management and delegation skills

Pay : 15.00 - 16.00 based on experience

Duties

• Maintain the highest quality of product and service according to Klatch standards.
• Demonstrate leadership of the store by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Follow and enforce Klatch policies and procedures including safety, health, security, maintenance, and cash handling.
• Provide and promote constant coffee education among staff and customers.
• Ensure customer feedback and concerns are addressed within a timely manner.
• Lead team members in serving customers according to speed of service standards.
• Plan and execute the deployment of staff to ensure that all team members work effectively together to provide superior customer service.
