How You Will Make a Difference
Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$192,000—$288,000 USD

How You Will Make a Difference
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering leaders, UX Design, and Data Science to innovate and deliver new functionalities for the home page.
- You will work closely with your engineering team members alongside Product, Design, and Leadership to determine the priority of the most impactful work for the Home team.
- You will grow team members into leaders on the Home team and across the organization.
- You will work with relevant stakeholders to set the intermediate to long term vision for the team.
- Pioneer an insights-based task system to deliver timely, relevant insights to our customers precisely when they need them most.
- Implement experiments to validate ideas, and work across products to iteratively improve features.
- You will be responsible for hiring new engineering team members as we continue to grow our team.
- You have been an Engineering Manager for a team before.
- Excited to do some hands-on engineering work.
- Hands-on experience with one or more front end technologies (React, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Thrives in a fast paced, customer focused, and strategic environment.
- You have hired a successful team member before.
- You have mentored an individual to become a technical leader on the team.
- You have led and implemented large cross team technical projects.
- Experience with Python / Django.
- React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Python, Django, Celery
- MySQL, Redis, Pulsar
- Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, Aurora, etc.), Kubernetes, Terraform, and other DevOps tools
