Scope: The Forecasting and Performance Office (Product Evaluation) is requesting Information Technology Staff Augmentation services for providing technical assistance and system development for the Product Application Tracking and History (PATH) system. This person(s) will program enhancements associated with Federal-aid funding Buy America compliance requirements and improvements to the interface of the PATH system with other Department systems, such as Materials Acceptance & Certification (MAC), and Pay Item Tracking system (PTS) for tracking products throughout their lifecycle as used by the Department. Therefore, we are seeking augmented staff with expertise in similar systems to the PATH system and interface systems (PATH, MAC, and PTS) and who are familiar with interfacing applications and platforms. These services are being requested to continue for fiscal year 2024-2025.

Primary Job Duties / Tasks

PATH Support

• Develop enhancements in the PATH application for Buy America, product project acceptance and product lifecycle tracking.
• Provide assistance with the Reliable, Organized, Accurate Data Sharing (ROADS) effort and data definitions for the PATH application and data.
• Provide assistance with developing training and training materials related to Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Product Evaluation processes.
• Provide assistance with administrative functions in FDOT s PATH application
• Provide assistance with answering questions related to FDOT s PATH application
• Provide assistance with answering questions related to system interfaces between PATH, MAC, PTS, and other applications
