Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.
- Performs highly diversified duties to include but not limited to: repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances; troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety and security systems (lighting, locks, smoke/CO2 alarms, etc.), and HVAC systems; painting (interior and exterior); and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep, etc.).
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols, and supports the overall objective of meeting the expectations of the operating and capital budget.
- Available to work Tuesday through Saturday and share on-call status.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Having own Vehicle/truck able to haul large items including appliances a bonus.
