Millwork and Window Dept:

• Candidates must have a high level of proficiency in Marvin Windows and Doors, striving to become product experts.
• Works with outside sales team, contractors, architects, and homeowners to provide expertise in all millwork items.
• Able to assist customers with all millwork sales in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Has a professional demeanor and appearance and is able to work with contractors, architects, and homeowners alike
• Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

Must be well-spoken with a professional appearance, and familiar with high-end sales. Use of Marvin’s OMS program is . In addition, strong mathematical, language & computer skills, and email are required. Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Salary range: $75k with earnings potential up to $95k, commensurate with experience.
