Summary

Global, fast paced hedge fund is seeking an administrative assistant to support a few executives in accounting and operations. Responsibilities include phone coverage, calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting coordination, Word and PowerPoint document preparation, spreadsheet work, database management and ad hoc projects as needed. Provide some administrative support to the team members, too.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus 4 years of relevant administrative support experience including some support work in financial services. Must have strong technical skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have a great attention to detail, enjoy working with numbers/data entry, strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $75-95K plus Paid OT & Bonus & Fully Paid for Benefits & Lunch Paid for Daily

4 Days in Office, NYC - Midtown
