Field Insurance Sales Agents average $57,000 in their first year earnings (base commissions)
**Field Sales Agent Trainees – Applicants that do not have insurance licenses can be considered for the Field Sales Agent Trainee position which allows for
licensing within 90 days of hire. Field Sales Agent Trainees are paid an hourly rate of $18.75 plus limited commission opportunities while pursuing insurance licenses.

Required Qualifications:
This position is classified as Outside Sales exempt and includes outside sales engagement in market-based interactions, at business establishments and other convenient locations, to solicit new business, create and expand business networks and build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty and affinity to the AAA brand. Employees will also service ACG members in-person and their assigned work location is at an ACG branch facility. Agents are based onsite in the branch.
