Job Description:
Client: Local Pool Building Company
If you have proven experience in pool construction or a similar field, with a focus on indoor environments and a strong understanding of construction principles, plumbing systems, and appropriate building codes then check out this opportunity.
The role will be to construct high-quality indoor pools and spas, involving collaboration with design teams, construction of various pool components, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a year-round, full-time position.
MUST HAVES:

• Proven experience in pool construction or a similar field, with a focus on indoor environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, plumbing systems, and appropriate building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with design teams to plan and execute indoor pool and spa projects.
• Construct and install pool and spa frames, plumbing systems, and finishing materials according to specifications and safety standards.
• Operate a variety of tools and machinery to cut, shape, and install materials such as tiles, concrete, and acrylic.
• Ensure waterproofing and sealing processes are executed flawlessly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any construction or material issues that arise during the build process.
• Conduct site evaluations and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient construction environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries throughout the construction process.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
