Job Overview:
KLM is looking to expand its 2nd shift team in coming weeks. We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist/operator. (2-3 years preferred) This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player. The ideal candidate should be driven to succeed and have a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
· Able to operate machine tools and make offset adjustments to optimize part conformance to print from written set up instructions
· Have the ability to do repetitive machining work
· Can read blueprints at a basic level and correlate that back to the inspection protocol and documentation
· Possess a basic understanding of applicable machining techniques and understanding of control functions
· Aptitude to run multiple machines simultaneously as a production cell
· Proficiency in required measuring equipment for respective work performed
· Solid math skills
· A strong mechanical interest/aptitude
· A willingness to learn and grow

Schedule: 2nd shift starts at 3pm
