We do this by being great listeners and experts when it comes to the products that can support them in achieving their goals. Customer service is the foundation of everything we do at Kloss.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous retail experience is required, previous commission sales experience is a PLUS!
• Many different personalities, experiences, and college majors will fit the sales position.
• Ability to communicate effectively is a must.
• Willingness to learn a proven selling system and a high level of customer service is required.
• Knowledge of general principles of home decor and design, including furniture, accents, color schemes, etc. is necessary.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends, is required.

What you’ll get:

• Paid sales training for new Sales Associates.
• Guaranteed pay of $20 per hour.
• Commission based with guaranteed hourly rate for all Sales Associates.
• NO Sales Draw to be paid back to the company.
• Make up to 10% commission.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
