Providing high-level administrative support for General Manager

Arranging conference calls, meetings, and events etc…

Composing and editing correspondence for General Manager

Supports the business by proactively managing projects assigned by GM

Preparing Reports/Spreadsheets for GM as needed

Handle all incoming and outgoing communication professionally and efficiently, ensuring it aligns with standard practices and processes
