Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound)

Location: Work from Anywhere

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: $11.00 to $22.00 per hour (Depending on Client)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The scope of work outlined here pertains to providing customer service and technical support services, which may vary depending on the specific needs and requirements of each client being serviced. The primary objective is to deliver high-quality assistance to clients' customers through phone or chat support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to set your own schedule, providing flexibility for both full-time and part-time positions. You'll have the chance to work with various clients, each offering unique challenges and opportunities. Bilingual positions are also available for those fluent in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, chat, or email.
