Job SummaryResponsible for administrative coordination of regulatory and quality tasks. Assists RA/QMS department to implement and maintain improvement initiatives. Exercises discretion and independent judgement related, but not limited to, adverse event and the quality management system.
Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities
  • Assist in supporting regulatory / quality processes & tasks
  • Assist in conducting regulatory / quality research
  • Assist with RA/QMS administrative tasks
  • Assist with collection of quality data and administration
  • Assist RA/QMS administrative tasks including but not limited to,
    • Department expenditures
    • Departmental account passwords
    • Aiding in onboarding new hires
    • Department SharePoint sites and Wrike Spaces/ tools
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

Educational And Experience Requirements
  • 2-year degree plus 2 years of administrative experience, or
  • 4 years of administrative experience, regulated industry preferred
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
  • SAP Experience preferred but not required
