Job SummaryResponsible for administrative coordination of regulatory and quality tasks. Assists RA/QMS department to implement and maintain improvement initiatives. Exercises discretion and independent judgement related, but not limited to, adverse event and the quality management system. Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities
Assist in supporting regulatory / quality processes & tasks
Assist in conducting regulatory / quality research
Assist with RA/QMS administrative tasks
Assist with collection of quality data and administration
Assist RA/QMS administrative tasks including but not limited to,
Department expenditures
Departmental account passwords
Aiding in onboarding new hires
Department SharePoint sites and Wrike Spaces/ tools
Performs other related duties as assigned

2-year degree plus 2 years of administrative experience, or
4 years of administrative experience, regulated industry preferred
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
SAP Experience preferred but not required
