Our office is looking for an enthusiastic and high spirited individual to handle all Accounts Payable, Payroll and other Bookkeeping duties. The duties and responsibilities of this position require a high level of attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills. Previous experience in Quickbooks is required.

This position is not a remote position. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employee payroll and payroll related tax forms.
• Manage all accounts payable.
• Manage new hire information for employees.
• Manage benefits program for the company.
• Manage additional office/accounting tasks as needed.
• Maintain files and accounting records.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in Quickbooks is required.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Polished, professional demeanor.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
