KMC Solutions is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Kent, WA

Accounting Clerk

South 226th Street Kent WA USA 98032

Pay rate: $19-30/hr. (Depending on Experience)

1st shift - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mondays to Fridays

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Collection of outstanding accounts receivables from customers
  • Application of cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Resolution of payment disputes
  • Preparation of related month-end journal entries and reports
  • Responsible for general accounting duties as assigned
  • Prioritize daily workload to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Work with coworkers to accomplish daily tasks and occasional projects.
  • Communicate with personnel within and outside of the organization including but not limited to employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, other personnel, and management.
  • Perform regular duties with moderate supervision.
  • An intermediate level of computer skills.
  • Strong 10-key, typing, and data entry skills.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adapts easily to changing environments.
  • Able to learn quickly.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
