We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Assembler II to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in our production process by performing a variety of mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble components according to company instructions and procedures, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of your own work and that of others to maintain high standards.
  • Apply process specifications for efficient production within your assigned area, tracking output data.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Operate light machinery like sand blasters, electro-etching equipment, and presses.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following all established protocols.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Vocational training, apprenticeships, or relevant experience in a similar field a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly.
  • Proficiency in operating various hand tools and machinery.
  • Excellent ability to read and understand company documents like safety procedures, instructions, and policies.
  • Strong manual dexterity for handling small parts with precision.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address assembly issues independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues.
