We are seeking a Network and Systems Administrator for our Mount Pleasant Support Center to be part of our Infrastructure Team. This person should be interested in working with both Private / Public cloud technology, be detail oriented, and self-motivated. A Network and Systems Administrator for KMG Prestige, Inc has many duties and responsibilities specific to their job, which may change based on the needs of the company.
Responsibilities Include

• Maintaining physical networks and servers, storage area networks, firewalls, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.
• Maintaining virtual servers with Microsoft Hyper-V Failover Clustering.
• Managing Security exposure by maintaining security awareness in every part of technology implementations.
• Maintaining and updating group policies.
• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks.
• Communicating network or system issues to other employees and management.
• Working closely with our in-house programming team and the Service Desk team.
• Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on demand or from inspection of the systems.
• Working on projects to support the growth of KMG Prestige, Inc.

Must Have

• Three to five years’ experience in network and systems administration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Continually look for Ideas and strategies to improve systems and processes.
• Experience with the following Microsoft Technologies: Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization and Failover Clustering.
• Microsoft 365 Administration Azure Active Directory Integration.
