Knewsales Group is Hiring a Field Manager Near Inland, CA

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Manager to join our growing team and be the face of our well known client's product and services.

The successful candidate enjoys engaging and interacting face to face with people. Discipline and leadership skills will be the key to success leading and coaching team members from the front lines. In this role as our sales manager you will be working in various home improvement retail locations within the Inland Empire, CA area, stationed at branded kiosks, speaking with people about different products and services our client provides. Success will be achieving your own personal sales targets as well as coaching team members on how to make theirs. Successfully, you will be able to increase our client’s brand awareness and generate new quality leads with their easily marketable services.

Your Role:

  • Thoroughly understand the products and services to inform customers of the benefits
  • Coach team members on bettering their sales pitch
  • Manage multiple staff members
  • Engaging with customers at branded kiosks in various retail locations in the area
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features and pricing)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
  • Work towards perfecting pitch, closing sales, and generating new quality leads for client to convert into new customer acquisition
  • Meet personal and team sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years - Direct sales management or sales team leadership experience
  • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced tech knowledge
  • Confident demeanor
  • Resilient and not easily discouraged
  • Professional attitude
  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Reliable
  • Access to reliable vehicle to travel to different locations and work with team(s)
