Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, owner of Rasika, Annabelle, Modena, La Bise among others, is seeking a Beverage and Operations Coordinator to join our award-winning restaurant group. Our sophisticated concepts are led by James Beard Award Winning chefs and critically acclaimed Chefs.

We are seeking an experienced and confident leader with an extensive knowledge of wine to manage our beverage programs and day-to-day operations. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate skilled Beverage and Operations Manager to join our team of like –minded hospitality professionals. Although your main responsibilities will be to manage the beverage program with an emphasis on wine lists you are also expected to help in the restaurant’s operations when necessary.

As the Beverage and Operations Manager your role will provide oversight and support to the locations on all day-to-day operations and be responsible for maintaining and helping with floor service and daily managerial operations. This is a diverse position that requires an independent and responsible individual with an emphasis on teamwork. This person has incredible organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills and spreadsheet capabilities are required. Their success relies heavily on training, situational awareness, time management, and communication. 

Management experience of 5 years in fast-paced and high-volume restaurant(s), plus ability to lead, train, and develop a large diverse team. Willingness to work a flex schedule to included; mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Aptitude to work well under pressure, while quickly finding solutions to any issues that arise and ultimately providing excellent customer service.
