About the role

The Sourcing Operations System Specialist is responsible for supporting the entire KnitWell Group family of brands by collaborating with internal and cross-functional IT partners to support business process and system solutions.

The impact you can have

  • Provide initial support for brand user system and process questions
  • Support configuration-based system enhancements; help to design and implement solutions that support business initiatives and objectives
  • Participate in writing test plans and test scripts that validate system functions across product development systems
  • General system administration : adding values to validation lists, creating system views, and setting up seasonal objects
  • Participate in training and development activities
  • Provide cross-functional support as needed
  • Support projects based on business initiatives
  • Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements

You’ll bring to the role

  • Experience of 1-3 years
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional/cross-brand relationships
  • Customer focused – team player/collaborator who can also work independently; demonstrated ability to work with a variety of associates in various levels of the organizations
  • Strong Proficiency in computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of PLM systems (Bamboo Rose, FlexPLM) a plus

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New Albany, OH location and two days per week worked remotely.
