Our flagship product allows consumers to instantly update & manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g. Netflix or PayPal). What you'll do

  • Partner with cofounders and functional leads to build and execute effective strategies to source, asses, and close high caliber candidates across engineering and other functions
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex roles including initial interviews, progress through the entire pipeline (in Ashby ATS), and offer/closing stage
  • Initiate and develop highly effective recruiting strategies to make key hires rapidly
  • Leverage data to evaluate and optimize current hiring processes thereby driving better outcomes for the business
  • Be willing to do whatever it takes at a moment’s notice to capitalize on an opportunity - the market moves quickly and so should you

What you'll need to get the job done

  • Minimum 5 of full lifecycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience that must include experience at a startup or high growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical job profiles and ability to discuss roles with technical candidates (e.g. software engineers, engineering managers, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive and grow in a small, early-stage startup environment
  • Extremely high caliber written and verbal communication skills - you communicate with precision and intentionality
  • Strong ability to drive the hiring process forward and deliver outcomes for the business despite obstacles and road blocks
  • Top percentile work ethic
