Your Mission:
  • Team up with the Engineering Manager and our crew of problem-solvers to supercharge our facility with engineering wizardry, upgrades, and tweaks
  • Own the spotlight on production, assembly, tooling, and calibration stages, making sure they shine like the stars they are
  • Craft manufacturing methods that are smoother than jazz and create process routes that'll make your head spin (in a good way)

RequirementsWhat they are looking for:
  • BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required
  • 3 years' experience as a Manufacturing Engineering, including strong Continuous Improvement work is required (preferably with custom products or in a job shop)
  • Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo) is required
  • Experience using analytical tools such as: DOE, FMEA, SPC is needed
  • The ability to work independently is needed
  • Prior project management experience, start to finish, is highly desirable
  • Prior capital project experience is also helpful
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff
