- BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required
- 3 years' experience as a Manufacturing Engineering, including strong Continuous Improvement work is required (preferably with custom products or in a job shop)
- Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo) is required
- Experience using analytical tools such as: DOE, FMEA, SPC is needed
- The ability to work independently is needed
- Prior project management experience, start to finish, is highly desirable
- Prior capital project experience is also helpful
- Experience with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff
