- Sales Support: Assist the Sales team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Order Management: Prepare and verify sales/build orders for production and shipping
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain sales records in our database
- Customer Service: Provide general customer service, including status updates and sending documentation
- Warehouse Transfers: Prepare and enter warehouse transfers into the system
- Inventory Reconciliation: Collaborate with Product Managers to resolve inventory issues
- Expense Reports: Process expense reports as needed
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans when necessary
- Hands on work experience with as an office administration, administrative assistant or sales
- Associates Degree or hands on applicable work experience in lieu of degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
