Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers.

· Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

· Local travel required within your territory or state.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· Previous sales experience required in pest control.

· Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.

· Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.

· High School diploma or GED required.

Required Skills:

· Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully.

· Regular and punctual attendance.

· Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service.

· Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards (should be under required)

Preferred Skills:

· Industry licensed in accordance with stat regulations

Physical requirements:

· Extensive driving and walking

· Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers

· Ability to work long hour as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
