Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Knuth Machine Tools USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Greater Chicago Area. This position is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, who are passionate about the industrial machinery sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Opening and closing of orders on Salesforce
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accuracy of information.
- Control of machine pricing within ERP system
- Weekly order and shipping updates to Sales Team
- Placement and tracking of Machine orders from various factories
- Collaborate with internal departments regarding tracking and delivery details of machines to customers.
- Any other sales Admin related duties as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Working Knowledge of Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus
