Job Description

KO Business Solutions is proud to be working with a growth-oriented trucking plate and permitting company based out of Willowbrook, IL looking to add a new Customer Service & Transportation Consultant to their team.

If you are passionate about the trucking industry and are looking to make an impact on companies throughout Illinois and Indiana, this could be the right opportunity for you!

Location : Willowbrook, IL

Payrate : $19 / hr

Schedule : Monday-Friday; 8am-4 : 30pm

Job-Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients in transportation and trucking.
  • Field inquiries by phone, mail, email, etc. and keep multiple channels organized.
  • Process vehicle titles and plating documents to keep client equipment operational.
  • Validate licensing requirements within State of Illinois and federal guidelines.
  • Coordinate communication between governmental parties and clients.
  • Process quarterly fuel tax reports with a close attention to detail.

Skills & Abilities :

  • Basic knowledge of the transportation industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and pleasant demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to maintain complex records.
  • Ability to learn new skills and generally computer savvy. Familiar with basic office practices.
  • Ability to read / write the English language and use proper grammar
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently within defined processes.
  • Professionalism
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED required
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience and familiarity in an office environment.
