Ko & Ko Periodontics is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Bellevue, WA

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained

```Skills```
- Experience working as a dental front office or dental assistant at least 1 year
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Opendental
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Knowledge of dental administrative support tasks, including dental records management
