Quanex is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Night Shift team located in Bowling Green, Kentucky .
In this position, you will be responsible for directing and motivating employees to achieve department goals of quality, production, safety, and continuous improvement. Responsible for production flow and resolution of matters that occur within the department.

• Works effectively with peers and all levels of management to achieve divisional objectives and promote teamwork.
• Maintains documentation to support all department activities
• Operates various types of production equipment as required.

What You Bring:

• 5 years of progressive manufacturing experience with at least 3 years working in a leadership capacity
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, complex, dynamic business environment.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, team building, coaching and the ability to build a culture and motivate people is required.
