About the team and what we’ll build together

In this pivotal leadership position, you'll spearhead the strategic direction of one of our Kobie Alchemy® Loyalty Cloud product suites, fostering a culture of innovation and client and user-centricity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and client services to ensure our products deliver exceptional value for our clients and their customers. 

How you will make an impact

  • Help Lead the Product Management Transformation: 
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive product-led growth strategy for a product suite, driving a data-driven approach to product development and go-to-market initiatives.
    • Champion voice of the client and user research and user-centered design principles, ensuring all product decisions are based on client and user needs and pain points.
    • Partner with cross-functional leadership to cultivate a product-focused culture across the organization.
  • Drive Product Innovation and Growth: 
    • Manage and facilitate the governance of our product vision and roadmap, maintaining continuous alignment with our business goals and client needs.
    • Drive efficient and seamless execution of our product development lifecycle process - from ideation and user research to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
    • Champion the adoption of product analytics and user feedback to continuously improve product experience and drive user engagement and retention.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team:
    • Support talent development of a high-performing product management team, fostering collaboration and mentorship.
    • Set clear expectations and performance metrics for the product team, driving accountability and ownership.
  • Collaboration, Communication, and Influence:
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, client services, and operations to ensure seamless execution of our product development lifecycle process.
    • Be a strong communicator, effectively articulating the product vision, roadmap, and user insights to all stakeholders.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, advocating for the user and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What you need to be successful: 

  • 8 years of experience in product management for a martech, data, or analytics SaaS or software product line, with a proven track record of success in leading product teams and driving growth.
  • Extensive experience with product-led growth strategies and a deep understanding of B2B technology design principles.
  • Growth mindset to overcome challenges and solve problems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools and user research methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, communicate effectively across all levels, and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Passion for the software technology industry and a strong understanding of current.

Bonus:

  • Experience leading a product portfolio through a major transition or evolution. 
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Certification and/or expertise in AI and CRM.
  • Public speaking experience and comfortable presenting product vision and strategy to large audiences.
