Our Customer Service Representative is an onsite role in Robinson Township, and we would love for you to explore the opportunity to help us provide exceptional customer service because at KOBOLD, every customer matters.
As you continue to progress with your client service career and get to know KOBOLD from top to bottom (pricing, lead times, basic product and processes) - you will provide customer quotes, verify lead times, handle general customer inquiries, update the CRM, etc.).
With your communication skills and ability to establish customer rapport, you will shine as you utilize your attention to detail and collaboration talent with your Kobold team. Providing optimum support and solutions both internally and externally is our common goal.

You're service-oriented, crafting success through your adaptability and initiative. You thrive in a role where relationship building, collaborating on solutions, and maximizing customer relationships are part of your DNA.
Your business acumen is your superpower, enabling you to understand and passionately champion our innovative suite of industrial instrumentation products. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is desired, along with a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service environment, manufacturing is a plus.

Location:
On-site. You’re based in Pittsburgh, PA or close to our office in the Robinson Township area. Typical hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30.
