Koch Business Solutions is Hiring a Quality Supervisor Near Tulsa, OK

Your Job

We are seeking a Leader to oversee all inspection related activities for the John Zink, Tulsa Oklahoma site. This person will lead a team of qualified inspectors and administrators to ensure all required inspections and project related quality documentation are completed in an efficient and effective manner. They will be responsible for developing the team, time management for inspections, and managing inspection resources.

A successful candidate will be well organized, collaborative, innovative and experienced in building strong teams.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the Quality Inspection Team and resources of the Tulsa site.
  • Collaborate with all capabilities to ensure specifications, standards, and customer expectations are met.
  • Ensure issues and misses are documented and help identify and participate in improvement activities.
  • Lead the and develop the team through effective performance management, team career development, fostering open communication in all directions and ensuring team is aligned with and accomplishing set goals/objectives.
  • Be deliberate in developing and sharing best practices and accelerating our knowledge processes.
  • Further advance safety culture, and alignment of site team with Koch safety culture and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Previous experience supervising employees within amanufacturing, production, industrial OR military environment
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Inspection, manufacturing, fabrication, project management, supply chain processes or design experience
  • Certified Weld Inspector
  • Experience in the fabrication of equipment for oil and gas or chemical industry
