Rate: Starting $65,000 (negotiable based on experience)

What does this job look like daily?
Job Description Management: You'll update and maintain job descriptions, collaborating closely with management to create new descriptions to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Recruitment Partnership: Working with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from screening candidates to recommending testing and background checks and conducting interviews.
Talent Acquisition Outreach: Maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and colleges to bolster our employment brand and recruitment efforts. You'll also represent our organization at job fairs to attract top talent.
Onboarding Excellence: Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for non-driving positions, ensuring our presentations reflect the organization's goals and values.
Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and verify new hire EEO data and assist with various HR metrics and reporting tasks, including employee turnover and EEO reporting, utilizing our HRIS reporting system proficiently.
Training Facilitation: Support the development and delivery of employee and supervisor training on HR processes and administer our Learning Management System to ensure smooth delivery.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate current HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
HRIS Workflow Management: Develop and maintain workflows within our HRIS to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
Compliance and Support: Demonstrate a solid understanding of benefit plans, payroll processes, company policies, and employment laws such as FMLA and ADA, providing initial support and guidance to employees with questions in these areas.
Backup Support: Support payroll processing, driver orientation, and other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Be ready to tackle other projects and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating your versatility and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
What do you need to do this job?
5 years' of hands-on Human Resources experience
Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred for some divisions
Excellent communication skills
Solid interpersonal savvy
Technology proficiency, including HRIS
Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
Ability to work with multiple deadlines and changing priorities
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
High attention to detail
PHR or SHRM-CP is a big plus!
