WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

• Mentor and motivate employees, providing training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth.
• Meet with superintendent on a regular basis to implement new processes, address current issues and review and assess past production.
• Direct employees on a daily basis to efficiently meet all production goals.
• Communicate performance standards to employees, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments and counseling performance problems.
• Manage staffing, line coverage, and attendance.
• Facilitate employee meetings, including employee training. Ensure appropriate documentation is completed and maintained.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with employees you are directly responsible promoting company values such as, good attendance, strong work ethic and a desire to see the company succeed.
• Be able to clearly explain company policy to workers and enforce it.
• Communicate standards and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, quality standards, and QA/HAACP procedures.
• Assure that all GMP's are constantly maintained by production personnel.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...

• Previous experience in Debone Coneline (front halves, which is white meat )
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Stable work history
• Available for Saturday work, as required

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...

• You will be working in a poultry manufacturing facility.
• You'll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights
