SRG Global is seeking a Maintenance technician. We are searching for the right people to fill roles on our Maintenance team. The right person has Injection Molding Maintenance experience with a maintenance or robotic background. This role is responsible for Predictive, Preventative, and reactive maintenance on molding machines and Fanuc robots.
For this role, we anticipate paying 25-35/hr based on experience. Third shift has a 1.25/hr shift. There is also a $1000 retention bonus after 90 days

Our Team

at SRG Global in Covington Georgia manufactures chrome plated plastic parts for the automotive, commercial truck and household appliance industries. We are headquartered in Troy, Michigan with manufacturing operations in major world markets across North America, Europe, and Asia.
What You Will Do In Your Role

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across the facility
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills, including active, and engaged listening
• Data entry into the MP2 tracking system
• Organize, track and manage the spare parts inventory
• Contribute to TPM, Kaizen, and CIP activities
• Drive a culture of ownership for goals, quality productivity, and safety
• Perform tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds, walking, climbing, stopping, standing, pushing and pulling as needed

Who you are (Basic Qualification)

• Two years or more of maintenance experience in a industrial setting
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment including welding, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience using a computers for documentation and record-keeping
• Experience reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical schematics

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Technical degree in a related field of study
• Experience with injection molding
