• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift
• Salary: Starting at $90,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and train service technicians, enhancing their skills.
• Oversee service and preventative maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety policies.
• Handle mechanic supervision, customer contact, and maintenance scheduling.
• Compile and prepare comprehensive service reports.
• Prioritize incoming repair work to optimize technician productivity.
• Control repair job costs to maximize efficiency.
• Learn and use company and product procedures and systems.
• Maintain open lines of communication to discuss job progress.
• Ensure all technicians meet safety standards and provide ongoing coaching.
• Serve as a company representative, displaying courtesy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in trailer maintenance, with 2 years in a supervisory role (preferred 5 years in both)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of trailer maintenance best practices
• Ability to mentor and coach service technicians
• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs and navigate around equipment
